Clinical Nurse Educator
About The Position
Main Line Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to join their team. In this role, you will act as a Leader, Coach, Mentor, and Facilitator, working collaboratively to ensure quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include the orientation, training, competency validation, and continuing education of clinical staff. You will have opportunities for professional growth and satisfaction through shared decision-making initiatives at the clinical, departmental, and system levels. This role involves program development and leading evidence-based practice initiatives, allowing you to make an impact daily. Main Line Health encourages lifelong learning and offers a Tuition Reimbursement Program for educators pursuing certifications or advanced nursing degrees (BSN, MSN, MBA, PhD, DNP), providing up to $6,000 per year based on employment status. You will also have the chance to become engaged by mentoring future nursing leaders and collaborating with other team members by joining and/or leading hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees. Requirements
- Three to Five years of recent acute care Clinical Nurse Education experience
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- At least one degree must be in nursing (i.e. BSN or MSN)
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree is strongly preferred
- Certification in Specialty is preferred
