The Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) for Procedural Services will advance nursing excellence through clinical education, competency development, evidence-based practice, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives. The CNE collaborates with nursing leadership, providers, ancillary staff, and interprofessional teams to assess educational and practice needs, develop and implement learning programs, support regulatory and accreditation readiness, and promote safe, high-quality patient care. The position integrates best practices, organizational standards, and continuous quality improvement into clinical practice, competency development, and professional development activities. This position provides specialized clinical expertise and educational support to nurses and procedural team members caring for patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The role supports competency development, implementation of evidence-based practices, adoption of new technologies and equipment, and achievement of nursing quality and patient safety goals across procedural service lines.
