About The Position

This position receives a $2.00/hr Clinical Coordinator differential, in addition to base pay. The Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) role is integral to the success of TriState Health; participating in the onboarding and orientation of new staff, providing training and continuing education, updating policies and procedures, and working with hospital leadership to develop and meet strategic organizational goals. Duties include evaluation of evidence that supports clinical practice, implementing changes in the delivery of safe patient care, ensuring staff competency, and prioritizing organizational education needs. In addition to sharing Clinical Educator Generalist duties, this role is responsible for combining clinical education expertise with oversight and project coordination in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Washington State RN license
Current American Heart Associations; BLS/CPR
Minimum of 5 years nursing experience in an acute care setting
Electronic medical record documentation
Word and Excel experience
Must be available to work flexible hours to accommodate staff

Nice To Haves
