About The Position

As the Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will assume a critical role in the coordination and management of clinical operations within your designated unit. You will lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring efficient patient care delivery, adherence to protocols, and the highest standards of patient safety and satisfaction. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in healthcare.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Illinois.
• BLS – Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) - American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Red Cross BLS certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification
• Clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role - preferably in Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology
