About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The coordinator oversees treatment, guides clinical staff, and ensures high standards of care and safety. The position involves coordinating patient care plans, monitoring outcomes, supervising clinical staff, and building relationships with patients and families in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedules are typically three to four days per week and include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays. Benefits begin on the first day of the month following the first 30 days of employment, and PTO accrues from the first day of employment. Requirements

• At least 18 months of RN experience, including at least six months of dialysis experience with patient interaction in the last year.
• Current RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Charge RN readiness approval.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience.
• CNN/CDN certification.
