About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. The position oversees treatment, guides clinical staff, and ensures high standards of care and safety. The coordinator works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and builds long-term relationships with patients and families.

Schedules are described as consistent and predictable, typically three to four days per week, and include early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays. The posting offers competitive pay rates for experienced candidates. PTO accrual begins on the first day of employment, and benefits begin on the first day of the month following the first 30 days of employment.

Requirements

• At least 18 months of RN experience, including at least six months of dialysis experience with patient interaction within the last year.
• Current RN license and CPR certification.
• Charge RN readiness approval.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN).
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes.
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs.
