Clinical Neuropsychologist
About The Position
SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical, is seeking a Clinical Neuropsychologist in the St. Louis area, including Lake St. Louis, Bridgeton, and Richmond Heights, Missouri. This full-time role provides care for inpatients, day hospital patients, and outpatients recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, neurosurgery, and other conditions that affect cognition, mood, behavior, and independent functioning. The position helps patients and families understand and adjust to injury or illness and supports rehabilitation teams in helping patients make the greatest possible progress in therapy.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
- APA-approved clinical psychology internship.
- Formal postdoctoral training and experience in clinical neuropsychology.
- Experience working with an interdisciplinary team in a medical setting.
- Missouri license as a Psychologist.

Responsibilities
- Conduct neuropsychological assessments.
- Provide consultation to families, medical rehabilitation teams, and physicians.
- Provide individual and group psychological intervention.
