About The Position

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital, a joint venture with Select Medical, is seeking a Clinical Neuropsychologist for its locations in Lake St. Louis, Bridgeton, or Richmond Heights, Missouri. The position provides care for inpatients, day hospital patients, and outpatients following stroke, traumatic brain injury, neurosurgery, and other conditions affecting cognition, mood, behavior, and independent functioning. The role helps patients and families understand and adjust to injury or illness and supports rehabilitation teams in helping patients make the greatest progress possible in therapy.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or EdD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• APA-approved Clinical Psychology internship.
• Formal postdoctoral training and experience in clinical neuropsychology.
• Experience working with an interdisciplinary team in a medical setting.
• Missouri license as a Psychologist.

Nice To Haves

• APA-approved Clinical Psychology internship, preferably in a medical or health science setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct neuropsychological assessments.
• Consult with families, medical rehabilitation teams, and physicians.
• Provide individual and group psychological intervention.
