About The Position

The Remedy Mental Health is seeking a skilled and passionate Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive neuropsychological assessment and consultation services to adolescent and adult patients across a wide range of psychiatric, neurodevelopmental, and neurological presentations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative clinician who values integration between neuropsychological findings and the broader psychiatric treatment team. You will work closely with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists to ensure that neuropsychological insights directly inform patient care from diagnostic clarity to treatment planning and interventional psychiatry decisions. Requirements

  • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology with a specialization or emphasis in neuropsychology from an APA-accredited program.
  • Completion of an APA-accredited internship and postdoctoral fellowship with substantive neuropsychological training.
  • Licensed or license eligible as a psychologist in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and South Dakota; willingness to obtain additional licensure if not already held.
  • Experience conducting neuropsychological evaluations with both adolescent and adult populations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex neuropsychological data for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary psychiatric team.
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The company does not currently sponsor employment visas.

Nice To Haves

  • Board certification through the American Board of Clinical Neuropsychology (ABCN/ABPP) or active pursuit of board certification.
  • Experience with TBI, neurodevelopmental disorders (ADHD, ASD), mood and anxiety disorders, and/or neurodegenerative conditions across the adolescent-to-adult lifespan.
  • Familiarity with how neuropsychological profiles inform interventional psychiatry decisions (e.g., TMS, ketamine therapy).
  • Experience delivering assessment services via telehealth platforms.
  • Interest in contributing to program development, training, or quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for adolescent (13+) and adult patients referred for diagnostic clarification, cognitive concerns, and treatment planning purposes.
  • Administer, score, and interpret a broad battery of standardized cognitive and psychological assessments covering domains such as attention, memory, executive function, language, visuospatial ability, processing speed, and emotional functioning.
  • Evaluate patients presenting with ADHD, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, traumatic brain injury (TBI), neurodegenerative conditions, and other neuropsychiatric diagnoses.
  • Administer and interpret psychodiagnostic measures to complement neuropsychological findings, including assessment of mood, personality, and psychopathology.
  • Author clear, comprehensive, and clinically actionable neuropsychological reports integrating test data, clinical history, behavioral observations, and differential diagnoses.
  • Provide individualized feedback sessions to patients, families, and caregivers, translating complex findings into accessible, meaningful guidance.
  • Formulate evidence-based recommendations for academic accommodations, workplace supports, treatment referrals, and cognitive rehabilitation as appropriate.
  • Collaborate closely with Remedy psychiatrists and advanced practice providers to integrate neuropsychological data into medication management and interventional treatment decisions.
  • Participate in case consultations and contribute to team-based treatment planning discussions.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to referring providers, schools, and external treatment teams.
  • Contribute to the development of referral criteria, intake workflows, and best practice guidelines for neuropsychological services within the Remedy system.
