About The Position

Our nationally accredited team is currently seeking a mental health therapist / counselor to provide therapy services for adolescents and adults in group-based and individual treatment! This position focuses on providing group therapy for pre-adolescent clients! Our Mission : At Transitions Counseling and Consulting, we provide accessible, skilled mental health services for children, teenagers, and adults at convenient locations throughout Arizona. Our mission is to provide safe, high-quality mental health services in an ethical environment that embraces diversity and to train the next generation of therapists to also do so competently and confidently.

Requirements

Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable.
Continuously maintain active cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Provide group and individual therapy to teens and adults using evidence-based practices to address depression, anxiety, and social challenges.
Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
Guide and mentor advanced graduate interns.
Lead our nationally accredited group therapy programs 2-3 days a week (after school and early evening hours).
