About The Position

JSSA Hospice has an opening for a full time Clinical Marketing Liaison working Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, in Montgomery County, MD. The Jewish Social Service Agency (JSSA) has been helping people across the Washington metropolitan area meet emotional, social, and physical challenges for more than 120 years. A nonsectarian provider, we serve people of all religious backgrounds, races and ethnicities, helping the youngest child to the most fragile senior, from individuals to entire families. JSSA provides services and support to nearly 31,000 individuals a year through our wide range of counseling, educational, specialized employment, in-home support, hospice and nursing care, and social services. Requirements

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with diverse communities and maintain excellent relationships with partners.
Sales and Business Development experience to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and contribute to organizational growth.
Skills in Community Outreach to promote services, educate stakeholders, and enhance community engagement.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Registered Nurse with a current license to practice in Maryland.
Ability to work collaboratively and support team goals while maintaining a proactive, self-sufficient work ethic.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the National Capital Region.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of hospice services and awareness of healthcare industries is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Building and managing relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential referral sources to drive awareness and referrals for JSSA’s hospice and homecare services in Montgomery County, Maryland.
Engaging in outreach, educating the community about JSSA's mission and services, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Collaboration with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care.
Participation in marketing and business development initiatives to support organizational goals.
