About The Position

Concordia Visiting Nurses is a Medicare-certified, state licensed, Medicaid approved home health agency operating in nine Western Pennsylvania counties. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to gain insights into the healthcare field! As a Clinical Marketing Assistant, you will provide essential clerical support to our Liaison Team, help drive referral growth, and foster strong relationships with both internal and external referral sources.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a professional office setting
Proficient typing and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Strong computer skills and familiarity with various software applications
Reliable transportation for home visits; must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain insurance as required by state law

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating patient referrals
Accurately enter patient clinical data into our software system
Generate and distribute reports for Clinical Management from various software systems
Ensure confidentiality of patient and staff information
Address general inquiries via phone, mail, or in person
Support liaisons in providing adequate coverage for partner facilities
Communicate with physician offices and other referral sources to enhance referral opportunities
