BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Willow Grove Assistive Care team as a part-time Clinical Manager, with a focus on clinical education, staff training, and competency development. Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• At least two years of nursing experience.
• Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for staff education, clinical training, and professional development.

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver annual education and competency assessments for staff.
• Facilitate quarterly dementia education and training.
• Provide lab skills training and clinical education for home health aides (HHAs).
• Conduct initial and ongoing competency assessments for new and existing staff.
• Facilitate new-hire orientation and support staff development.
• Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and education to promote quality care and positive client outcomes.
• Conduct client assessments and develop care plans as needed.
• Supervise and support field staff to ensure care is delivered in accordance with established standards.
