About The Position

USA Clinics Group is the nation's largest network of outpatient vein, fibroid, vascular, and prostate centers, with over 170 clinics across the country. Founded by Harvard-trained physicians, their mission is to deliver life-changing, minimally invasive care close to home. They are building a culture of innovation, compassion, and accountability and are looking for a Regional Clinical Manager to support 15+ clinics nationwide virtually from their Northbrook, IL corporate headquarters. This role reports to the SVP of Operations and will oversee clinical staff reports, track inventory, manage employee schedules, and maintain proper patient flow in clinics.

Requirements

High School diploma required
3+ years experience overseeing proper staffing and scheduling while managing multiple medical or dental office's required.
1+ year of management experience required.
Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft 365 and Excel
Knowledge of medical office patient flow and scheduling
Customer service and strong communication skills is a must

Nice To Haves

Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience managing clinics in multiple states is a plus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily reports for staff attendance and timeliness of patient care
Monitor staff scheduling and make changes as needed to ensure staffing needs are met
Track inventory status and ensure staff is submitting requests for supplies when required
Assist with new hire training and monitor progress throughout training period (30, 60 and 90 days)
Work closely with department managers to ensure clinics are running smoothly
Serve as point of contact for clinical staff to answer questions, concerns, and scheduling requests (PTO, sick time, etc)
Oversee and track productivity reports
Additional duties as assigned.
