About The Position
Join our dedicated Vision Services Leadership Team and find your purpose! Gundersen Health System is seeking a Regional Clinical Manager to manage a team of approximately 45 dedicated healthcare professionals spread throughout 6 locations. Clinic locations include Viroqua, Hillsboro, Adams-Friendship, Prairie Du Chien, Decorah, and Waukon. Home base for the position is flexible and will be based upon the selected candidate's preference. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills
- Ability to travel between clinics frequently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all department functions including staffing, operations, budgeting, patient service and satisfaction, and planning
- Plan, direct, and organize the department to ensure department and organization goals are accomplished timely and within budget parameters
- Assist physicians with development, implementation, and maintenance of systems necessary for successful operation of department
