Gundersen Health System is seeking a Regional Clinical Manager to manage a team of approximately 45 dedicated healthcare professionals spread throughout 6 locations. Clinic locations include Viroqua, Hillsboro, Adams-Friendship, Prairie Du Chien, Decorah, and Waukon. Home base for the position is flexible and will be based upon the selected candidate's preference. Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5-7 years of clinical or equivalent healthcare experience demonstrating leadership skills
Ability to travel between clinics frequently.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all department functions including staffing, operations, budgeting, patient service and satisfaction, and planning
Plan, direct, and organize the department to ensure department and organization goals are accomplished timely and within budget parameters
Assist physicians with development, implementation, and maintenance of systems necessary for successful operation of department
