About The Position

The Clinical Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of clinical services within a healthcare facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This position requires strategic leadership to coordinate clinical staff, manage resources efficiently, and implement policies that comply with healthcare regulations and standards. The Clinical Manager is responsible for fostering a collaborative environment that supports continuous improvement and professional development among clinical teams. They serve as a key liaison between medical staff, administration, and patients to optimize clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Ultimately, the Clinical Manager ensures that clinical programs operate smoothly, safely, and effectively to meet organizational goals and community health needs.

Requirements

  • Full supervision licensure (LPC-S, LPC-MHSP, NCC, ACS, LCSW) required upon hire.
  • CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
  • Two years of experience in managing clinical programs

Nice To Haves

  • Three or more years of experience in managing clinical programs preferred.
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment or specialized clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated success in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in a healthcare context.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies and procedures to maintain compliance with healthcare laws and accreditation standards.
  • Coordinate patient care activities and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and quality of service delivery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess clinical performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage budgeting, staffing, and scheduling to support clinical operations and meet organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate training and professional development programs to enhance clinical competencies and staff engagement.
  • Serve as a point of contact for patient concerns, resolving issues promptly to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.
  • Analyze clinical data and prepare reports to inform leadership decisions and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
