About The Position
We're hiring a Clinic Manager who wants to lead a dedicated healthcare team while improving patient access, operational excellence, and community health. You'll step into an outpatient leadership role focused on overseeing daily clinic operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and staff development. You'll have the autonomy to lead clinic operations while ensuring patients receive efficient, high-quality care in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Requirements
- At least two years of healthcare leadership or clinic operations experience
- Understand Medi-Cal, Medicare, and other government payer programs
- Enjoy leading teams, improving workflows, and driving operational success
- Value collaboration, accountability, and patient-centered care
- Thrive in a fast-paced outpatient environment
