About The Position

Human Touch Home Health is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Manager – Registered Nurse (RN) to join our leadership team in a full-time, in-office position in Washington, DC. This role is for a passionate nurse leader who thrives on mentoring clinicians, ensuring quality patient care, and building high-performing teams. As the Clinical Manager, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of our Washington, DC office, ensuring patients receive exceptional care while supporting and developing our talented team of nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides. You will serve as the clinical resource your team depends on, guiding, mentoring, problem-solving, and helping clinicians provide the highest quality care possible. Requirements

  • Active Washington, DC Registered Nurse (RN) License Required
  • Minimum of 2 years of Home Health Clinical Management or Supervisory experience preferred
  • OASIS experience required
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, ACHC standards, and home health regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional patient-centered care

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Experience with WellSky Home Health preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily clinical operations of the Washington, DC office
  • Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Nurses, therapists, social workers, and home health aides
  • Review OASIS documentation, plans of care, and clinical records for accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, CMS, ACHC, and District of Columbia home health regulations
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate exceptional patient care
  • Conduct case conferences and participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
  • Monitor clinical outcomes and implement strategies to improve quality and patient satisfaction
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, coaching, and evaluating clinical staff
  • Serve as the clinical resource and leader for field staff and office personnel
