About The Position

The Clinical Manager provides leadership and oversight for all clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective patient care. This role coordinates interdisciplinary services, supervises clinical staff, and maintains compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards. The Clinical Manager supports staff development, participates in quality improvement initiatives, and promotes organizational growth through professional practice and community engagement. Participates in on-call coverage as needed.

Requirements

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
Minimum one year of clinical experience in medical, oncology, home health, or hospice settings.
Demonstrated clinical judgment, decision-making, and leadership skills.
Strong documentation, communication, and organizational abilities.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage patient care operations, including admission assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation.
Supervise and mentor clinical staff, conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing education and guidance.
Chair interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care, resolve clinical issues, and align goals with patient and family needs.
Monitor compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards; participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.
Oversee resource management, departmental budgeting, and cost-effective service delivery.
Promote staff competency through orientation, continuing education, and in-service training programs.
Maintain effective communication with patients, families, physicians, and partner organizations, representing the agency with professionalism and integrity.
