The Clinical Coordinator (Supervisor) maintains and delivers high quality therapeutic services to Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) individuals who have a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral complications. Job duties include: providing clinical supervision of the Therapeutic Home Specialists (Treatment Coordinators) and the Clinicians (Therapists) and providing support and intervention to the Therapeutic Home Providers and TFC Individuals as needed. This position cultivates and nurtures positive working relationships with referral and funding sources and coordinates referrals and placements within the foster homes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree and New Mexico licensure as a licensed independent social worker (LISW), licensed professional clinical mental health counselor (LPCC), licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), licensed psychologist or other licensed independent practitioner in a related field OR a Registered Nurse with a Master's degree in psychiatric nursing or clinical nurse specialist in a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical practice with children, adolescents and families
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
  • Valid New Mexico Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check
  • Ability to attend full time New Hire Orientation Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (paid)

Responsibilities

  • Providing clinical supervision of the Therapeutic Home Specialists (Treatment Coordinators) and the Clinicians (Therapists)
