BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to join our Clarks Summit, PA office. This office offers full-service skilled and non-skilled home care to clients. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience.
Nice To Haves
- Trach/vent experience is a plus; training will be provided and supported after hire.
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our clients and conduct assessments in Clarks Summit, PA and other surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation for RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs.
- Participate in the training of RNs/LPNs/HHAs/CNAs.
