About The Position

Maximus is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to support our Florida PASRR (Preadmission Screening and Resident Review) program in Tallahassee, FL. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day program operations, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality clinical assessments, and supporting a team dedicated to helping individuals receive appropriate services and placement recommendations. The Clinical Manager serves as a key operational leader, collaborating with internal teams, state partners, and stakeholders while driving performance, quality, and service excellence across the program. This is a full-time, onsite role in Tallahassee, FL, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The position also participates in an on-call rotation approximately once per quarter. Position is contingent upon contract award. About Program: Florida's Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) program. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Residency in Tallahassee, Florida
  • Bachelor's degree Human Services, Business or in relevant field of study
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human services and/or business management
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • 6 years of supervisory experience
  • 6 years of delivering clinical assessments
  • Prior experience in client relationship management

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a designated team of unit staff
  • Responsible for the training and development of unit staff
  • Monitor the activities, schedules, productivity and work product results of the assigned unit
  • Review clinical documentation including pending denials for each assigned staff member in real-time
  • Collect QA information from assigned staff
  • Disseminate policy, protocol change, and ensure implementation
  • Lead regular team meetings and act as the point-person for assigned staff
  • Conduct scheduled and random post-assessment home visits to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promote project image and goals through public speaking engagements and local professional presentations
  • Meet all standards established for this position as outlined in the corresponding annual performance criteria and bonus template for this position
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management
