Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in the state of Oregon
- Have a least 2 years of nursing experience
- Have at least one year of supervisory or manager level experience

Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of nursing care to our patient population
- Participate in development of standards to ensure safe clinical care
- Supervise, guide and develop nursing skills and performances
- Participate in recruiting, hiring and evaluating nursing personnel
- Responsible for orientation of new patient care personnel
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of policies and procedures which meet Medicare, state and local laws
- Assist in conducting patient care conferences and staff meetings
- Participate in QAPI activities and meetings
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Clinical Services
