Requirements

  • Ability to work independently with only general supervision.
  • Minimum Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, psychology, education, social work or other related field; and BCBA certification or clinical license.
  • 3+ years (5+ years preferred) of clinical supervision experience as a BCBA.
  • Valid driver’s license and/or access to reliable transportation.
  • Background check, tuberculosis test, LiveScan fingerprint and any other funding source required clearance.
  • Comfortable working in home, community, school, clinic, and military base environments.
  • Comfortable working in group settings and leading small groups of staff and clients.
  • Strong desire to support and develop skills and abilities of staff.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, database software, project management software.
  • Highly organized.
  • Professional, positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years’ experience working with clients with ASD or other special needs.
  • 5+ years training and/or education related to ASD.

Responsibilities

  • Provides timely and accurate assessments to clients in the clinic, home, community, or on telehealth.
  • Utilizes evidence-based ABA assessment techniques.
  • Transitions clients from initial intake to their treatment team and monitor utilization of recommended hours during the first authorization period.
  • Assists the Vice President of Clinical Service Delivery and Assessment Coordinator with on-going trainings.
  • Reviews treatment overview, processes, and expectations with the family.
  • Keep the care team updated regarding status of assessment.
  • Prepares and submits a final ABA assessment report using approved case-specific templates.
  • Stays informed of ABA assessment and evaluation techniques and tools by attending ongoing trainings.
  • Reviews quarterly outcome data from their region and collaborates on clinical strategy elevation.
  • Assists Clinical Director with supporting challenging clinical cases to influence positive outcomes.
