BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of Clinical Manager role for their Saddle Brook, NJ home care office. This office provides best in class care to clients of all ages throughout Hudson County. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience
  • Homecare experience is a PLUS!
  • Trach/vent experience or an interest in learning!

Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
  • Visit our Adult and Pediatrics Skilled Nursing clients and conduct assessments in Hudson County.
  • Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
  • Supervise RN's and LPN's in the field.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
