About The Position

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a dedicated team of home health clinicians. This role involves ensuring the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and clinical excellence. The position is primarily office-based with a Monday-Friday schedule. The company utilizes AI-supported documentation tools and the WellSky (Kinnser) EMR system. There are opportunities for leadership growth within a rapidly expanding organization.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license
• Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)
• At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency
• Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting home health clinical staff
• Reviewing documentation to ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance
• Monitoring quality of care and patient outcomes
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Coaching clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence
• Ensuring agency policies and standards are consistently followed
