Requirements

• Registered nurse with a current valid Pennsylvania license
• Two [2] years home health experience with roles reflective of progressive responsibility, including supervision in home health.
• Knowledge base of agency policies, federal and state regulations and third-party payers
• Exhibits strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Evidence of leadership activities
• Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established by the state
• Experienced with computers and electronic health record software/documentation.

• BSN recommended.
