About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Wyomissing, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. Our office provides best-in-class care to pediatric clients throughout Reading and the surrounding areas. As a Clinical Manager, you'll support pediatric clients and their families while leading and developing a team of dedicated field nurses.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care to pediatric clients and their families.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Trach/vent experience preferred, or an interest in learning and developing these skills.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional care to pediatric clients.
• Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Berks and Lebanon Counties.
• Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Support the training and development of new and tenured nurses.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and ongoing education for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nurses, clients, and families.
