The Outpatient Clinical Manager is a licensed mental health professional responsible for providing clinical leadership, oversight, and direction to Outpatient Behavioral Health staff across North Central Health Care's outpatient clinics. This position advances clinical practice through supervision, case consultation, workforce development, and implementation of evidence-based practices while promoting high-quality, client-centered care. The Clinical Manager provides guidance in complex clinical decision-making, documentation standards, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives, while supporting clinicians in achieving professional growth and maintaining excellence in service delivery. The position also oversees clinical onboarding, supports in-training therapists working toward licensure, facilitates continuing education, and promotes consistency in clinical practice across all outpatient locations. The Clinical Manager partners with Nursing, Psychiatry, Patient Access, Community Treatment, Acute Care Services, and community stakeholders to strengthen care coordination, improve access to services, and ensure a seamless continuum of behavioral health care while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
