About The Position
Signature Healthcare at Home, part of the Pennant Group, is seeking a Full-Time, Exempt Clinical Manager (RN) to oversee and support their hospice clinical team in Portland, OR. This leader will drive quality patient care, mentor clinicians, and ensure compliance, while cultivating the team's culture. The role is for someone passionate about hospice care, team development, and delivering an excellent patient and family experience. Signature Healthcare at Home provides professional, home-based medical care for patients needing rehabilitation and expert care following surgery, a hospital stay or other illness, helping patients achieve their health care goals while remaining in their homes.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 2–3 years of hospice or home health experience required
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for mentorship, team development, and hospice philosophy of care
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership for hospice nursing and interdisciplinary staff
- Support and mentor clinicians to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Monitor clinical operations, productivity, and outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, state, and federal requirements
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive growth, quality, and team engagement
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Foster a culture aligned with CAPLICO values and a spirit of ownership
