About The Position
Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Liaison to join their team for the Metro Denver Territory. Vibra Hospital of Denver is a 54-bed Critical Care Hospital in Thornton, CO, providing acute care services for patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. The hospital specializes in medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment where close relationships with patients and families can be formed.
Requirements
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Respiratory Therapist or Social Worker in the state where support is provided.
- Recent healthcare experience in the acute care hospital, rehabilitation setting or home health care agency/company.
- Current, valid and active driver’s license.
- Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with medical and administrative staffs as well as patients and families, in an assertive, professional manner.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

Responsibilities
- Educating, problem-solving, and building relationships with referral sources.
- Obtaining referrals.
- Completing eRehab or LTRAX assessments.
- Participating in planning, organizing, and executing the Business Departmental plan.
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with assigned accounts and those of team members.
- Serving as a key source of market intelligence by communicating between the community, referral sources, and physicians to the Vibra Hospital Team.
- Acting as the 'face of Vibra' in the community, developing a positive, professional image to build lasting customer relationships.
- Completing clinical screens accurately and thoroughly within established timeframes with demonstrated clinical expertise to determine admission criteria.
- Computing statistics and completing necessary reports in a timely and accurate manner.
