About The Position

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening March 2026 and is seeking a Clinical Liaison to join their team. This role will operate within a new hospital featuring 60 private patient rooms and two rehab therapy gyms equipped with cutting-edge technology. The Clinical Liaison will serve as a coordinator between internal and external referral sources and the acute inpatient rehabilitation operations. This position is responsible for building relationships with case coordinators, physicians, payors, and other referral sources. The Clinical Liaison will ensure appropriate patient placement by conducting clinical screenings and assessments in conjunction with the hospital Case Coordination team and the Inpatient Rehabilitation Medical Director. This role also involves close collaboration with hospital Case Coordinators and the acute inpatient rehabilitation admissions team to facilitate a responsive and efficient referral and admission process.

Requirements

• Current Clinical License
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology

Responsibilities
