BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to join our Falmouth, MA Assistive Care State Programs team, which will soon be relocating to Mashpee, MA. Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
Nice To Haves
- Home Care experience preferred.
- Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred.
Responsibilities
- Visit geriatric clients and conduct assessments in Mashpee, MA and surrounding areas.
- Develop and execute client care plans.
- Coordinate communications between clients, field staff, office, and clinicians.
- Supervise and support Home Health Aide staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation for Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Participate in the training of new employees and in-services for field staff to provide exceptional care.
