About The Position
This role is for a Clinical Leader (R.N.) in the Med/Surge unit on the 5th Surgical Tower, working full-time nights in Brunswick. The position involves coordinating and facilitating unit activities to deliver quality care, assisting in planning staff requirements, correcting deficiencies based on staffing efficiency patterns, and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide optimum care.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Diploma, associate's degree or Bachelor's Degree Nursing Program
- Current RN license to practice in the State of Georgia
- Two years' experience as an RN
Responsibilities
- Coordinating and facilitating unit activities to deliver quality care
- Assisting in planning staff requirements and correcting noted deficiencies based on the unit-specific staffing efficiency patterns
- Communicating, collaborating, and functioning with other members of the health care team to provide optimum care.
