About The Position

The Clinical Leader Intern is a hands-on, mentored internship for people pursuing future clinical leadership in applied behavior analysis (ABA). At Center for Social Dynamics (CSD), the intern supports the design and delivery of evidence-based behavioral health services for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or related developmental disabilities. Under the supervision of a licensed or credentialed Clinical Leader, the intern assists with implementing treatment plans aligned with physician recommendations across home, school, center, and other natural or community settings. The role combines direct client support with limited caseload responsibility and guided exposure to clinical leadership. Interns provide one-to-one ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies, follow individualized treatment plans, and support development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills. They also participate in joint sessions, shadowing, in-field coaching, documentation review, session preparation, and treatment-fidelity activities, and support parent education alongside Clinical Leaders. This is not an independent-supervision role. CSD offers an hourly starting rate of $20–$29, based on experience, along with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, a company-issued cell phone, tuition support, paid training, hands-on learning through CSD University, structured mentorship, and a pathway toward Clinical Leader and BCBA-track roles.
