About The Position

The Clinical Leader Intern supports the design and delivery of evidence-based behavioral health services for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or related developmental disabilities. Working under the supervision of a licensed or credentialed Clinical Leader, the intern helps implement treatment plans aligned with physician recommendations in home, school, center, and community settings. The role combines direct client care with mentored exposure to clinical leadership. Interns provide one-to-one ABA services, follow individualized treatment plans, support communication, socialization, and daily living skills, and may carry a limited caseload with support from senior clinicians. They also participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching; assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity; support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders; and collaborate with Training and Operations teams. This is not an independent supervision role. Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) provides Applied Behavior Analysis services for children with autism and other developmental needs in homes, schools, centers, and communities. The company describes its approach as evidence-based and grounded in play, connection, compassion, and consistency, and identifies its values as Transparency, Respect, Understanding, and Excellence.
