About The Position

As an RN in our urgent care setting, no two days are the same. You’ll play a vital role in triaging patients, assisting with procedures, running point-of-care labs, administering medications, and applying a wide range of clinical skills to support timely, quality care in a fast-paced environment. As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• 3 Years of RN experience

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s in nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Triage assess acuity.
• Obtains vitals.
• Administer medications, injections and vaccinations.
• Perform Point of Care testing, lab specimen collection.
• Assist with procedures such as splinting, wound care, blood draws.
