About The Position

The Clinical Lead Project Manager leads full-service global clinical research projects and manages the full scope of project responsibilities, with hands-on involvement in all aspects of each study. The role oversees global, multi-center projects across a variety of therapeutic areas, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The position may be remote or hybrid in Barcelona or Madrid. Applications must be submitted in English.

Requirements

Recent clinical research experience as a project manager or in an equivalent role, such as Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Study Team Lead.
Global or regional clinical project management experience, including management of all project services from startup to closure.
BSc or MSc in Life Sciences or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Ability to negotiate confidently.
Strong team-building, resource-allocation, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Therapeutic experience in oncology and/or gastrointestinal conditions, including IBD, ulcerative colitis, or Crohn's disease.
Experience managing Phase II and III clinical projects.

Responsibilities

Manage global, multi-center clinical research projects across a variety of therapeutic areas.
Deliver clinical research projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with high quality standards.
Lead and manage multifunctional project teams.
Train, mentor, and coach project team members.
Serve as the primary client contact for all project matters.
Attend bid defense meetings and participate in developing proposals and client presentations.
Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures.
