About The Position
Wolfson Children’s Hospital is hiring an Occupational Therapist Clinical Lead to our Pediatric Outpatient Rehab Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time opportunity at our Wolfson's Clay Outpatient Clinic in Fleming Island, working Day shift hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm. No weekend, holiday, or on-call rotation. We are looking to hire an experienced Occupational Therapist Clinical Lead for our team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy Required
- Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association Required

Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary discipline-specific resource for recommending and facilitating the provision of effective clinical care practices throughout the outpatient Wolfson Rehabilitation departments.
- Part time provision of direct outpatient care is required.
- The development of evidenced-based clinical standards of practice.
- Continuous quality improvement and staff competency requirements for clinical practice in the outpatient clinics.
- Provides support to all the outpatient Wolfson therapists and our clinical practices system wide.
