About The Position
Wolfson Children's Hospital is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join their Outpatient Pediatric Rehab Services team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a part-time position, 24 hours per week, with no weekends, located at the Mandarin Outpatient Clinic. The therapist will work with patients under 18 years old with a varied caseload, including developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses. The role involves extensive patient/family education and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist from FL Department of Health
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Previous experience working with children
- Previous neuro, ortho and outpatient patient experience
