Clinical Lead / Clinical Trial Manager - Talent Pipeline Opportunity
About The Position
Emerald Clinical Trials is seeking experienced Clinical Leads / Clinical Trial Managers for a talent pipeline opportunity in the United States. This is a pipelining advertisement for future opportunities as new studies are awarded. The home-based position involves overseeing global and regional clinical studies, with a preference for candidates experienced in renal, oncology, cardiometabolic, and autoimmune diseases. Emerald Clinical Trials is a global leader in clinical research with over 25 years of experience, partnering with numerous biotech and pharmaceutical companies. They specialize in end-to-end clinical trial solutions across all phases and have a strong focus on renal research.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
- Prior experience as a Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Lead or equivalent.
- Strong operational knowledge of site management and monitoring.
- Excellent understanding of FDA regulations and GCP guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple studies and competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in renal/nephrology clinical trials is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel when required.

Responsibilities
- Manage operational aspects of clinical trials from initiation through completion.
- Oversee sites and CRA performance.
- Monitor timelines, study metrics, and recruitment performance.
- Lead investigator and sponsor interactions.
- Coordinate study teams and cross-functional activities.
- Support vendor oversight and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with FDA requirements, GCP, and company SOPs.
- Contribute to project planning and study execution strategies.
