About The Position

As a Clinical Trial Manager at ICON, you will manage clinical trial operations activities and support your team and stakeholders in delivering high-quality outcomes across clinical programmes. You will oversee the day-to-day management of trials, helping ensure clinical deliverables meet required timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements

• University degree in medicine or science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study.
• Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area.
• Previous experience as a Clinical Trial Manager.
• Willingness to travel as required, approximately 25%.

Nice To Haves

• Prior monitoring experience is highly preferred.
• Experience working with MASH, Obesity, or Psychedelics is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and implement clinical trial protocols and procedures.
• Build and manage strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.
• Ensure trials comply with local, national, and international regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Problem-solve and make critical decisions regarding trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality clinical outcomes.
