About The Position
Mad River Community Hospital in Arcata, CA is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Medical Technologist (MT) for a 13-week contract position. This role involves working a night shift schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off, with specific hours from Wednesday 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (8-hour shift) and Thursday – Tuesday from 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts). The schedule runs every other week from Wednesday through Tuesday. The position offers a combined hourly package of $61/hr, with a taxable hourly rate of $30/hr, a taxable weekly pay of $1,200, and non-taxable weekly pay of $1,240, resulting in a gross weekly pay of $2,440.
Requirements
- Current and active California CLS or MLS License
- Minimum 3 years of clinical laboratory experience
- BLS Required
