About The Position

The Clinical Laboratory Scientist independently performs routine and special diagnostic procedures on blood and other body fluids from patients of all age groups served by SPH.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate in Medical Technology or equivalent
• Current national certification
• Montana State Licensure as CLS required within six (6) months from the date of hire
• Demonstrate problem-solving ability and ability to perform complex calculations
• Be able to manage stressful situations with tact and simultaneously deliver good patient care
• Be capable of multitasking and prioritization
• Demonstrate exceptional organizational ability

• One year experience as a generalist clinical laboratory scientist in a healthcare setting preferred
