About The Position

The Clinical Laboratory Scientist independently performs routine and special diagnostic procedures on blood and other body fluids from patients of all age groups.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate in Medical Technology or equivalent.
• Current national certification required.
• Montana State Licensure as CLS required within six (6) months from the date of hire.
• Must demonstrate problem-solving ability and ability to perform complex calculations.
• Must be able to manage stressful situations with tact and simultaneously deliver good patient care.
• Must be capable of multitasking and prioritization.
• Must demonstrate exceptional organizational ability.
• Must demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills.
• Must demonstrate flexibility.
• Must demonstrate professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• One year experience as a generalist clinical laboratory scientist in a healthcare setting preferred.
