About The Position

This is an onsite Clinical Lab Scientist role supporting clinical and medical research studies. The position involves analyzing clinical trial data, publishing findings, ensuring compliance with medical research regulations, collaborating with healthcare professionals and research teams, and supporting drug and therapy development efforts.

The role requires experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with histology or automated immunohistochemistry experience preferred. Experience with FFPE and the Ventana Ultra Platform is relevant to the work. The successful candidate demonstrates teamwork and adaptability, follows direction, and is self-motivated to deliver consistent results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (BA/BS).
• 1–3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Experience with FFPE (Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Knowledge of industry best practices.
• Strong teamwork and adaptability, including willingness to follow direction and self-motivation to deliver consistent results.

Nice To Haves

• Histology or automated IHC experience.
• Experience with the Ventana Ultra Platform.
• Histotechnologist certification (HT or HTL).
• Experience in clinical trials.
