About The Position
Pipestone Nutrition Team is looking for a Clinical Lab Manager to oversee lab operations that support their Nutrition, Veterinary, and Sow Farm Management teams. This role serves as a critical link between the lab, field teams, and farmers, utilizing cutting-edge technology and real-time data to make an impact in animal health and nutrition.
Requirements
- 5+ years of laboratory experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate across teams
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal or Biological Sciences
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of lab technicians
- Oversee testing of feed ingredients, finished feeds, and andrology samples
- Coordinate diagnostic submissions with veterinarians
- Monitor sow farm testing compliance
- Maintain and calibrate NIR & MycoFoss equipment
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and integrity of lab data
- Communicate results quickly to support daily decision-making
