Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled and in good academic standing in the Amarillo College Radiography Program.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited radiography program with an anticipated completion date as outlined in the radiography program.
Responsibilities
- Assists with department operations under the direct supervision of a registered and licensed Radiologic Technologist.
- Supporting patient preparation and positioning for MRI procedures.
- Preparing and resetting exam rooms.
- Stocking and organizing equipment and supplies.
- Assisting with workflow as needed.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, professionalism, and a patient‑centered approach at all times.
- Flexibility to adapt to fluctuating patient volumes and departmental needs.
- Must not perform any radiation exposures, in accordance with the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology requirements.
