About The Position

Oulton College is seeking Casual Clinical Instructors who are passionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to supervise Practical Nursing (PN) students during their clinical placements. This role offers an opportunity to share knowledge, mentor future LPNs, and gain teaching experience while maintaining career flexibility. The current opportunity is at The Moncton Hospital for a two-week clinical rotation in August, focusing on Family Practice & Geriatrics. No prior teaching experience is required, and the college offers paid orientation and shadow shifts, along with a supportive introduction to clinical instruction.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an LPN.
• Strong clinical knowledge.
• Passion for supporting student learning.
• Comfortable with a casual position where hours may fluctuate based on clinical placement needs.

Nice To Haves

• No prior teaching experience required.
